USE OF THIS WEB SITE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THE E-SHOPSWORLD.COM TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICY

 

GENERAL TERMS
. E-shopsworld.com is a worldwide online magazine that allows companies all over the world to post information about their company. This service is available nationwide and internationally 24h / 24 h. 7 days/week, except days for the maintenance service.

In order to post information (products/works/services) on E-shopsworld.com, you will have to register with an E-shopsworld.com Company Account. After registration you are eligible to create your company profile. Please note that directory submission is FREE of charges. For full access of E-shopsworld.com services payment is required - fixed price/ fixed period/may extend ). The contract will be automatically extended monthly or annually in case there is no interrupt request. If you choose not to extend, we will not disable your E-company account, but you will not be able to add other information or edit the already posted information.

You must provide accurate and complete information about your company when you complete the registration form. Any false data/information provided at registration and after will disable or delete your account and you won’t be allowed to use our services.

You are responsible for all data/information you provide on E-shopsworld.com. Your E-shopsworld.com company profile is worldwide PUBLIC.
Each company is responsible for its profile on E-shopsworld.com. (including all information posted on E-PRODUCTS, E-SERVICES, E-WORKS sections and all other parts of the site).

The right to use E-shopsworld.com is personal to Subscriber, and is NOT transferable to any other company.

Registration is not required if you only VIEW E-shopsworld.com website.

In order to create your E-shopsworld.com company profile you agree to comply with all applicable regulations, laws.

Considering that you have violated the TERMS OF SERVICE, you agree and accept that we will delete or disable your account; no refund.

. E-SHOPSWORLD.COM has zero tolerance for online fraud. Every time you log in to the Site, your last login date and IP address is recorded. Any suspicious of fraudulent use of E-shopsworld.com will ban/disable/delete your E-shopsworld.com company account.
E-shopsworld.com do NOT request information about your credit cards or bank accounts.

PRIVACY POLICY

E-shopsworld.com services are addressed to private companies all over the world. If you are an individual and need information, please do not register and contact the company that interests you using its contact information.

All companies (only companies) registered on E-shopsworld.com are fully responsible of their public profile created, and all data/information transmitted/posted.

CONFIDENTIALITY
You may only watch this Website without having an E-shopsworld.com Account. Feel free to register with an E-shopsworld.com Company Account only if you accept and agree the TERMS OF SERVICE and you are interested in posting information about your company on E-shopsworld.com using our facilities: Advertising services / online magazines / your company profile presentation on internet.

We do not use/sell your email address or other personal information to send you any messages that are not related to E-shopsworld.com services.
